Xenali’s Participation: Supply Chain and Project Management
Project Management
Xenali assigned a team that consisted of dedicated project manager, production manager and site-services manager to successfully deliver to our commitments.
Supply Chain Management
With the comfort of working with international suppliers, our supply chain teams engaged North American and Asian suppliers to design and manufacture the furnishings. Xenali’s responsibility included all procurement related logistics up to onsite delivery and installation.
Project Staging and Delivery Logistics
Xenali committed to a just in time delivery at site. Our team was responsible to validating receipt of products, delivery to each of the floor-levels and for deployment into each of rooms.
Safety
This was a live construction-site, so Xenali use of our Project Management guild line ensured safe team conduct as well as safe coordination with the other trades that operated on site.
Quality Control
Using our Supply Chain Engagement model, Xenali incorporated various checkpoints, most relate to validation and revalidation. We revalidate design specifications, schedules, packaging/staging requirements, installation of materials, and validation of final installation layout. Pre-stage and post-stage documentation minimized rework, minimized impact to schedule and tracked deficiencies.
